Dirkin' Out

Is when, typically a male but not always, becomes infatuated with someone to the extent that they talk about nothing other than that person and how amazing he/she might be.

Symptoms: Pinyan Syndrome, loss of appetite, lack of sleep, spending less time with friends, and change in mood.

Dude, Ronnie is totally dirkin' out, about this chick that he met at Dollar General.
