A small, tiny, pathetic excuse for a penis. It is shriveled up to the point of no return. Typically a Wimbercock usually pisses all over the balls that hang substantially lower than it.

Chad's balls are stained piss yellow because his Wimbercock can't clear them when he takes a piss.
