The be extremely high on stimulants such as cocaine, amphetamines, or MDMA. To the point of engaging in noticeably stereotypic behavior.

Ryan was so gacked out on Molly all he did for the DJ’s entire set was rub his sweaty chest and shuffle around with his mouth hanging open.
