TotalGamer

A TotalGamer describes a based, tuff person who often plays games. The difference between a Totalgamer is that he or she are highly skilled and an amazing person while a gamer is often described as being actively and chronically online as well as not so friendly and have issues of skills when playing games while doing this for an extended period of time.

My friend is a TotalGamer, such a cool person to hang out with.
