When you're trying to poop, but your anus has spasms similar to gagging. This often happens when you eat too many spicy foods and typically happens towards the end of a bad case of Fiarrhea

After a bout of fiarrhea I was dealing with anal gagging and dry heaving as my bowels attempted to expell the remnants of the Flamin' Hot Cheeto dust powder coating the walls of my colon.
