The sound an overweight person makes as they walk. It’s is just an implied sound with each step imagine the sound booming out. It’s closely related to the shockwave that moves across the body after each step.

Kinhead 

First coined in 1972 by an unnamed individual with a speach impediment. If someone if Fu#%ed in the head they are said to be a Kin Head or a kinhead.

He isn't an idiot, he is a kinhead.
