Pibbling is when a woman is romantically partnered with a significantly less attractive man/when a man is romantically partnered with a significantly more attractive woman. Basically, if there's a huge difference in attractiveness between a man and woman in a relationship (with the woman assuming the more attractive role), then you know pibbling is afoot.
"WOW, she's gorgeous... what's she doing with that dude? He's a slob!"
