A homosexual; a sexually disfunctional male who places his diseased penis in the equally-diseased anus or mouth of another sexually disfunctional male, or a soon to be diseased, coerced youth.

Frequently found claiming everyone should "stay out of their bedrooms" while having sex in public parks, public restrooms, confessionals, and during parades or other public events.
