- To suggest very restrictive measures that others must follow, and then choose not to follow these rules themself. (See hypocrite ).

- Must then spend hours making excuses and defending said action, without apology or remorse, despite everyone else explaining how wrong his actions were.
John: "So what about these new restrictions coming this weekend? No chance we'll make that BBQ now"
Dominic: "No worry, everyone's doing a Cummins and will go anyway!"
