A play on Stockholm syndromey. When you become deeply attached to a person, place, community, idea, or situation you know is imperfect, but you keep choosing to return because somewhere along the way it started to feel like home.
I've complained about this place for years and still can't imagine leaving. I guess I'm HOLM.
