Need love

Someone who does have some nice features but isn't really attractive to the point that you kind of look past their unappealing looks to consider showing them some love because it looks like they need it, aka, have sex.

Guy 1: "Hey have you ever noticed that fat girl over there who always comes to the parties?"

Guy 2: "who?"

*Guy 1 points to the girl sitting on the couch*

Guy 2: "Where? Oh the need love, yeah I noticed her "
