A Stormy describes a person, usually a female who claims that they were raped by someone in the past and are seeking monetary reparations many years after the fact. Typically limited to high profile individuals such as the President of the United States
Be careful with her, you're the CEO of this company and she could pull a Stormy on you if you don't give her a raise.
