An obvious conjunction of the words "wave" and "orgasm". Rather than the common explosive orgasm recieved during a sex session, waves of orgasms continue to flow for extended periods of time, hitting one after another.

Girl #1: "So how'd last night go with Dan?"
Girl #2: "Amazing, he gave me wavegasms for half the night, I thought I was going to pass out."
