Short for Epiphany. While sitting around getting high with your friends the one dude that is always super inteligent when he is smoking says something like.
"Yo I just had an a-PIF-a-nee..." This isntantly made everyone leap up and say what? Pif-a-what? This must be good weed this muthafuka just said PIF-a-nee.
