Blankachu 

Someone who sues Blanka on any of the various Street Fighter games, and does nothing but the electricity move, by smashing punch buttons as fast as they can. Obviously a mix of Blanka and Pikachu.

"That guy is a damn Blankachu. Just fireball him to death."
