An onomatopoeia used to describe anyone who acts and looks ghetto. Often missing a few teeth, raps to themselves, wears baggy pants, frequently angry.

Whatever shit comes out of their mouth, whether it be talking or rapping, sounds like "Hiddyhiddyhaw, haw, haw!"
