/adjective, an occurence where a thing isn't there when you need it, yet regularly present when you doesn't need it, it doesn't need to be a dire situation, it's just that right when you want/need something that's usually there, it's not there

Diseneded

/adjective, an occurence where when you need it, it always disappears/isn't there when you need it, it doesn't need to be a dire circumstance, just when things that are usually available when you doesn't need it, becomes unavailable/gone when you need it

1. A Diseneded scissor

2. I feel like its always open when i didn't want to eat there, but when i do they're suddenly not there, truly a diseneded food stall
