Hot butt occurs when you have warm farts, the ones that you know are going to smell, and the ones that let you know you definitely need to take a shit. often occurs after eating spicy food, and is often a precursor of diarea.

Mcgurgalert

The worst sounding, usually wet fart, known to man. Usually occurs when you have a loose butthole or eat too much fiber. Similar to the sound when someone shits their pants.

Whoa son, what was that? I just had the craziest mcgurgalert ever, that one was nasty.
