spong

A combination of spacker / spastic and mong, mostly used by school teachers who would be sacked for using any of the former words, but by using an apparently made up word are able to describe their pupils accurately and with glee.

"Fuck me, my new year 10 class are fucking spongy, most of them can't stop dribbling."
"What you mean you don't understand, what are you, a fucking spong?"
