Poopy Face 

Someone with fecal matter spread about the front section of their head. Sometimes used by Northeasterners (New York, Philly, ect) as a defense against humanity.

Those people from NY are wierd!! Did you see that one who had that brown coating on their head?! It smelt like shit. What a poopy face!
