Boot Box 

A sexual act in which a person inserts their boot-clad foot into a woman's vagina. Like fisting, but with a shod foot.

Tom: Hey, why is your boot squeeking? Did you step in a puddle?
Bob: Nope, just got through giving Sandy a boot box.
