Barn troll

A barn troll is someone who has not been raised with a level of tact and/or has not established respectful and clean habits in life, such as flushing the toilet, observing regular personal hygiene and not acting like a seven year old in your career. Really, this can be used any time you want to confuse and insult someone at the same time.

I.e. slimans entire immediate family

Sliman: * Frantic hyperactive chatter *
Renner: dude you're a barn troll
