Parma 

A small sloth like rodent resembling a rat. Originally from mainland Portugal the species has recently been seen in Canada. Easily spotted by the annoying whistling or chattering noises it makes. Unsure how the species survives due to blatant homosexual tendencies.

That guy pulled a Parma standing in the middle of the street whistling and staring off into space.
