Stands for 'laughing so hard my somberero fell off'. Used to express ones inability to contain oneself at something hilarious and where one simply cannot retain ones composure to the extent that their large Mexican headwear should fall off. Works especially well in Mexico. Used through texting and Internet communication.

Mexican one: Amigo, I just saw a chiquitita spit out a spicy tacco. It went everywhere...
