The state of mind that a person is acting more goofy than normal due to lack of sleep i.e. slap happy

I am so sleeptarded that I skipped to my car in the parking lot.

Neurological Discombobulation

The act of being totally out of your head and no thoughts can come together properly. i.e. Being Drunk or Stoned

I'm suffering from some severe Neurological Discombobulation after that bowl.
