Zombie thumb is when you wrap your thumb, while wearing a splint, in a plastic bag while you exercise to prevent your splint from smelling like sh1t. The end result is an extremely wrinkled finger thats pale white with a ridiculous looking tan line

Wrapped my thumb in plastic to go for a bike ride and came back with a zombie thumb.
