A person who is sassy and bitter, commonly is insensitive to other people's ideas and tries to bring them down by pointing out mistakes to gain a short-lived confidence boost. Commonly known as a bully.

Person 1: I don't like your hair and you should really style it better, or cover it up with rat fur
