word of mouth. It means like the what's happening right now. Like the news. It's called mouth pop because it's means whatevers "popping" like what's going on is coming out of everyone's mouth. Spreading by word of mouth, therefore making it the "mouth pop."

"You heard Shelly been messing with everybody?"
"Yeah man, that's the mouth pop right now."
