A situation everyone in the corporate world inevitably faces wherein you have to bear the brunt of awkward or demeaning treatment at work and can't speak up about it because of the nature of your position, much like taking a hot steamy load of jizz to the face; unpleasant, but necessary to get ahead.

Employee 1: "I can't believe Lumbergh is making me work all weekend again!"
Employee 2: "Sorry bro, that's just the biz jizz."
