Shaking a Dangler

When you are about to finish taking a dump but there is a small turd still hanging above the bowl and you can't squeeze it out, so you have to shake your butt around the toilet until it falls off.

Albert: Hey man, what took you so long?
Ralph: Sorry, I was busy shaking a dangler.
