The act of ejaculating on your hand, and then slapping the woman across the face with it, or slamming the hand into her forehead.

Bob: Hey Tom, what did you do last night?

Tom: I made sweet love to my girl friend, and then gave her a 'creme frappe'

Bob: Wow, she's a lucky girl!

Tom: I know I spoil her, but she's worth it!
