Fermidrome

A word, pattern, and or sequence, in which when its contents are placed in order from the very first, to the very last, then an increment from the first, then an increment from the last, until all letters are exhausted, it creates a new word, pattern, and or sequence.
Hate becomes Heat, Lone becomes Leon, Baste becomes Beats, Pesto becomes Poets, Bowl becomes Blow, Dare becomes Dear, and so much more, are examples of Fermidromes.
