Mcstooge

Originated in Australia in the 90s, a Mcstooge is similar to a normal stooge, except they are subject to a greater level of stoogyness. It is also used to describe someone who dresses up as Ronald McDonald or any of his associates such as the Hamburglar, because they are a massive tool.

Guy One: look at that man dressed up as Ronald McDonald
Guy Two: What a Mcstooge!
