Oussema is someone who always tends to create opportunities even if there is none. He is brave, courageous and serious when it comes to work and problems solving yet, he is tender, sweet and positive to the point that it can be felt that he spontaneously adds joy to the life of those around him.

Oussema called me this morning and he made my day.
