Krabby Patty is a term used to refer to the flipping of ones "Krabby Patty", which means sex with a man named after the Cartoon Character, Spongebob. Krabby Pattying is often a result of excessive binge drinking, blacking out as a result of binge drinking, and being incredibly horny, to the point where sex comes to the most desperate man in the room, who happens to be named Spongebob.
