Shitbill 

A bill placed to be found on the ground with pooh (Feces) spread over 1/4 of the bill. Later watched closely on closed circuit T.V. for unsuspecting winner. YAY Poohbill.

We dropped the poohbill right under the watchful eye of the security camera.
