Facegrind

The act of a person(or animal) sliding or "grinding" (def#6) on the floor, ground, or dirt with their face.

"Did you see #24 facegrind into 2nd base...that looked painfull!!"

"Danny pulled a major facegrind yesterday, he tripped going down the stairs."
