Awkward Gearshift 

The act of, when a friend engages you in a "pound it" and extends his fist, you first extend your fist to meet it, then open your hand and seize the fist and toggle about like a shift nob, exclaiming "AWKWARD GEAR SHIFT"

Austin: Hey man, pound it.

Joe: Alright *extends fist*

Austin: Seizes fist AWKWARD GEARSHIFT
