Ike-Bike

A term used to describe a very strenuous bike ride. So strenuous, in fact, that you feel that you were just beaten up by Ike Turner.

biker 1 - Dude, that trail was so intense!
biker 2 - Yeah I know, I'm so Ike-Biked right now.
