Sweaty Steve 

Sweaty Steve is tha act of taking a shit, usually in the heat of the summer, and when said shitter stands they are presented with sweaty butt cheeks and possibly thighs.

I had the runs one day and I went to clean up the terrible mess in between my cheeks only to find that my legs were saturated with sweat and ass juice, an undeniable sweaty steve.
