An affected style of (American English) speech that employs cadences, rhythms, and a style of contractions mostly associated with the following segments of African American culture/demographic groups:

1) Gospel preachers
2) Those parodying racist entertainment such as Amos and Andy
3) Gangsta language and cadences

IMPORTANT NOTE: Calling such speech "ghettoric" implies that the speaker lapses in and out of this style, rather than using it exclusively. (If the speaker uses it as his/her primary style of speech, it is probably not an affect, but rather, their manner of speaking
