A phrase in which a silly silly goose, sometimes referred to as LB, uses as they (she) loses in a game of miniature golf. Typically on the last hole, while the tiny castle gate made in 91’ is stuck and not allowing her to putt.

Hey! Babe! I know your the best mini golf player I’ve ever seen in my life but can you please oh please help me with my last shot!? The gate won’t seem to, “OpEnUp”.
