when an asshole takes an event that has nothing to do with race, gender or sexual orientation and turns it into a racial or bigoted issue.

A little white girl goes to Dairy Queen and purchases a vanilla ice cream cone. An asshole then considers her racist, her parents racist, loots and burns down their house then brings in Reverend Al Sharpton to Ferginize the issue.
