A natural drug. This 'drug' induces a hyper and excited state, similar to the behaviour exhibited when one is high or drunk.

Dude 1: Hey man, are you okay?
Dude 2: Yeah, why?
Dude 1: You're acting kinda high?
Dude 2: Nah, man! Its all narural baby!
