Stoner dot 

a small, 3-4mm sized, black dot tattoo, between the thumb and index finger, usually on the left hand. Openly indicating that person uses Marijuana and is approachable about it.

"did you see his hand? he has a stoner dot. I'm gonna ask him if he might smoke a bowl with us"
