When a guy hollers a a girl when she walks past then hollers at a finer girl who shows no intrest then he goes to the first girl if that girl shows intrest she is a hollerback girl

guy; weeeoheeeiiii arn't you fine?

guy:hey there pretty lady
*hotter girl shows no intrest*
*guy goes to first girl*
1st girl; hey there!
she is now a hollerback girl
