Term first coined by P. Diddy on MTV's Making The Band referring to the effort, or lack thereof, put forth by members of the cast of the show. Can also be used as a adjective describing Jacob Adam when he is acting like a sad little bitch.

Jacob Adam needs to grow a pair. No bitchassness.
