They seek professional and inappropriate yet socially acceptable power over others. Libido arousal is prevalent when dominating and depressed with the perception of losing any particular power game. A case of socially implemented impaired development and insecure. A belief that they are what they do. Outer directed as opposed to inner directed. etc.

He is a powerphile politician and the sychophant crowd adore his charisismatic gyrations.
