Someone who loves to use slang terms, specifically Toronto slang, but uses it completely wrong. Essentially this person is constantly caping with regards to the slang terms he/she is using while still believing he/she is using them right.
"Yo, look at DK over there... buddy thinks he's using slang terms properly but he's just a fu*king satree"
