the spontaneous ejaculation that the mature male body experiences monthly once they hit puberty;the male body will experience monthy gakums until the reach the SNP(shriveled nut period) when they can not achieve an orgasms or hard on with out medication;can be associated with symptoms of GMS or CPS(cranky pants syndrom); a parallel to the female period

Unfortunately puberty hit Jamal quite abruptly , so did a series of gakums.
